Relationship or Couples counselling is a form of talking therapy, which can help to improve communication between you and your partner/spouse. The sessions are conducted in a safe environment with a counsellor who provides non-judgemental support and helps you to explore problems within the relationship.
In couples counselling I aim to help understand and reflect on your patterns of behaviours, learn how to resolve conflict in a healthy manner and understand the value of respect in a relationship.
